Search Firms must have a current executed Search Firm Fee Agreement with Morrison Foerster and issued an account in our Search Firm Portal to submit candidates for posted positions. If you are unsure whether your agency has an agreement or access to the Search Firm Portal, please contact your local recruiter. Blind submissions and resumes sent directly to Morrison Foerster attorneys or individuals outside of the Recruiting Department will not be accepted. Additionally, we do not accept submissions for Judicial Clerks or First-Year Associates.
